4-5 day trip to Swat, information required

Hi, I'm planning a 4-5 days trip to Swat with some friends and I need some information about what places should I visit. I need a full detailed plan/schedule about the places I should visit during this trip, I'll be departing from Lahore on 25th December.

What are the hotel rates in swat?
Which places can be visited on our car and which places do we need a jeep for?
Also, I need some information about the road condition till Kalam and whether we'll need snow chains or not. We will be going on two cars, Toyota Fielder and Suzuki Swift.

And any other useful information will be appreciated.

First stop that mostly tourist take is Saidu Sharif/ Mingora/Fizza ghat these all three are adjoined areas
Saidu Sharif has Swat Sarena where you’ll get for 20k plus mingora is congested with bazar shops transport stands you’ll easily find one from even 2k and fizza ghat is on the outer boundary towards kalam mostly with river view or on river bank there it’ll vary from 3-15k
Next day plan to stay at Malam jabba there at Pear continental you’ll get is around 30k and other hotels around there it’ll be from 6-15K Frontier tower is a good option there
Next in winters during snowfall you can easily access till Bahrain and if roads are open than till Kalam
Kalam is a big city with maximum numbers of good hotels again there you’ll be able to find from 5-30k from Kalam onwards till Mahodand lake via ushhu forest aabshar you must take a jeep which are easily available in Kalam and do keep you owned snow chains in car from your home
