dear i dont think u should take vitz there ... we visit neelam valley in the end of march and we were on 2011 city ..... cars like vitz and city which are low in height mostly got prolems in these areas .... we were four people and most of time we had to get out of the car to guide the driver to avoid stone in centre of the road specially the area where neelam dam project is in process ..... we were thinking we made a wrong decision to bring our lovely city at this route ..... believe me ... People were saying the road is very gud condition but as compared to previous 
and from our point of view some patches were really bad also from kundalshai to jagran resort there is some steep heights where we have to push our cars with some locals and some other cars too ... corolla 2D was gud for this trek as we watched easily climbing all road conditions
and brother you have A/T vitz ... so avoid that .... its my opinion
our destinations were , from Lahore to muzaffarabad,red fort, Jagran resort(from kundalshahi) , Attmuaqam , than to peerchanasi ....
