Available leg space and the widened entry area. Also, i have fixed the rear seats in a way that if required, the rear portion may be converted into a cabin for stuff and even my three little kids can sleep on long distance travelling.

As i lifted the springs with the help of some 7" longer shackles, i had to replace the shocks also so that the wheel travel may no get effected.

Fixed few leather boxes for some spare stuff to be kept. Also i am planning for a pair of speakers and some more boxes in the extended part of the doors.

The old "namda" of the bonut was too rough and torn from places so changed it for a better engine sound.

Checking if the cylincer is not hanging and is not below the frame. Changed all the four brackets/ foundations of the cylincer including the main "cylincer gas kit".

I am very happy with the performance. On motorway with a speed of 110 the rpm was around 3200/ 3300. Fuel average was very good. Did not calculate exactly but should be around 9/ 10 km/ ltr. Tyres look huge but are not heavy as both the rims and tyres are light weight. Steering geometry was good even with the higher shackles. Checked the wheel travel on a couple of occassions and it also resulted solid and better than expected. With a air pressure of 22 pounds in tyres, the drive was amazing. Overall it was much better than what i expected.

Great to hear sir....performance is ver well or we can say you have made it better than stock [emoji6] , I forgot to ask about the shaft as the chassis is extended shaft should also be extended so did you also welded the shaft?

The performance HAS TO BE better than the stock extended one, otherwise i will be a looser.
There is no welding in the rear shaft. The stock lwb vehicles' shaft is 1.5" longer than my this extension (the original lwb vehicles are 13.5" longer than the swb vehicles whereas i extended it to 12"). But at the same time the bigger shackes needed a little larger rear shaft so i fixed the original samurai lwb rear shaft and it's "sooter by sooter" perfect with zero% vibration and was as smooth as any lexus around.
And it all depends on how you have done your job. In my opinion if one works properly keeping in view ALL TECHNICALITIES in consideration, the project has to be better than the stock vehicles which were made 25 or more years earlier.
