oh yes, i will surely share the details as everyone must get benefited. As far as my this project is concerned, apart from the expenses, i personally gave a lot of time, a dedicated skillful effort to bring the veh to this condition. During the project, there were many things which i replaced two to three times before i finally got the right thing.
Just for example, while changing the automatic gear to manual, i changed three gears and than was satisfied keeping in view the condition of the last one.
Following are the details of the project (as you said price of veh, rims, tyres not included and paint job included).
frame and body dismantling and refitting = 20000
frame extension = 15000
gear manual = 55000 (with all related accessories)
oils etc etc and spare parts bill = 13000 (this includes extension of brake and petrol pipes also)
electrition = 5500
2 X shafts = 4000
cylincer extension = 1500
denter = 50000 (including door extension with eqpt)
body namda = 3500
painter = 38000
door rubbers etc etc = 3000
plastic pieces for extended doors with fitting = 2000
hand break extension with new fitting = 2000
transportation of frame = 4000
misc = 10000
extended door gattay = 2000
roof cloth, extended = 1500
All this is 230000.
Now this is if your vehicle was initially in mint condition but if you prefer doing some conditioning of your veh or any other modifications (kkeping in view that it's a 25 yrs old veh), you will have to spend another 1 lac or may be 1.50 which i did. These were on the following things
tyres
rims
balancing
doing fresh paint on frame
registration book transfer
3 times gear fitting labor
distributor cup (costed me 3000 original kabli as was not available anywhere)
sound system
kamani work in 13000
extended shackles 4000
longer shocks as per the suspension lift 3000
fuel tank sports model underneath shield (kabli imported)
cylincer body shield
all new body foundations including kabli bolts
all new cylincer foundations
engine/ gear foundations
petrol pipe guard
self service
bonut namda
new fitting of rear seats
oiling of all four seat channels
changed window water thrower pipes
And many many small things which i do not remember exactly, and during all this project, i personally, almost daily (at time twice a day) visited pindi sultan ka khuh. It will not be wrong if i calculate the visits to some 40 times in these two months and a fuel of 20000.
And lastly, all this is possible if you know from where and by whom the work is to be done. If you own a jimny sierra whose price is around 5 or 5.50 lacs you will end up around 9 lacs but will have a brand new jimny sierra 1.3 efi
