The pleasure is all mine brother. I will be very happy if you further improve this design. About four years back me and my friend had done a project, the vehicle is with my hunting partner and is in his daily use. Its a jimny sierra converted to four door and long wheel base. The central pillar has problems but can be improved.

Aoa ,, Noman bhai ,, can you please tell about the software for this sketch so i can mess with them ....... and 2ndly as you had a lot of experience with suzuki 4X4 ,can you please give your opinion on why are they so uncomfortable especially potohar ,,and can they be made comfortable some how ?? currently i am experimenting with a Kia Sportage 2002 model which i had since long but was used as a spare car as it is damn comfortable ,but year and a half back i had to take it on a hunting trip as zuk was out of town ,, i found it to be a damn good 4X4 ,, though in stock condition it is a better car than a off road vehicle ,,,, Only if kia had not introduced Sportage wagon and introduced sportage 3 door or sportage jeep which has a shorter dicki we would have 1 more jem in our collections

About thes ketch, i got it from the images of google and than modified it. Yes you are true, kia is a good vehicle and has good off roading capabilities.
And about the comfort level of suzuki, yes they are uncomfortable because of their light weight. This trait has both advantages and disadvantages at the same time. To make a suzuki jeep comfortable, i have my very simple rule, have a powerful engine, have high ratio diffs (means low end torque diffs), fix bigger tyres and than keep less pressure of air in your tyres. One can always make the veh comfortable by reducing the no of leaf springs but in that case the load bearing capabilty gets effected. I keep 18/ 20 psi pressure in my tyres and once expecting more people, i just increase the air pressure. And "high ratio diffs", you need to have for bigger tyres otherwise on highways the last gear will tend to loose power.

Fixed a good sound system with amplifier. These extra attached doors had the best of space to fix the speakers.

Since the project started, i was facing a problem that the veh would easily go till 130 km/ hr on m way but once loaded, it would tend to loose power in every gear especially in 5th one. With a 1.3 efi, it was strange. On a speed of 110, the rpm would be around 2800/ 3000 which is very less for a petrol veh. I believed the issue was of bigger tyres as this 1.3 efi version has the lowest of diffs among all suzuki jimny's ie 11:41 (3.7). The stock tyre size is 26" and 26.5" in few countries and i had 235 75 R 15, around 28.5" tall. The carborated version 1.3 has 11:43 (3.9) diffs and the newer coil spring versions have the lowest (among the 1.3) ie 11:45 (4.1) diffs. So i went for the 4.1 ration diffs and even with the bigger tyres the vehicle is not loosing power anymore. At the same speed ie 110km/ hr, the rpm now is around 3500 and i am very very happy.

Thinner and yes, zero sand paper. An expert denter will be able to do it easily.

This leather bag idea is really good. Specially useful in long trips. I was thinking about such thing for my ride.

The leg space is around 13/14 inch, which is too much for such a medium sized veh. You can see my youngest son sitting.
