40K OWN on Honda City

I was looking for Honda City MT IVTEC in Lahore, the dealership where car is available in exstock are asking for 40k own.

Is this 40k OWN is reasonable as per market or at what price should i negotiate?

I was asked 35k in mid may. but this is just pathetic . these local automakers are like local cab walas Jo 50, 50 rs ki CNG dalwaatay hain. Why such a long waiting time on orders that ppl start abusing the system and make profit off of it . people should be able to go to a dealership and drive with a damn car , especially when it's a close to 2 million rs car.

actually it's people that make the country , otherwise its just a lifeless piece of land. so I stand by my statement.

No point in putting anything about the country on a pedestal when the people inside are greedy and corrupt.

Every single thing is corrupt and messed up here. It is indeed the residents like you and me , that's why it's pathetic.

own is not something new what has any official or govt or citizen done for it? that is the country and that is the people.
