It all depends what part of the country are you in. If borderning areas around Afghanistan (Quetta, Chamman, Peshawer etc) the prices are likely to be lot less than Islamabad and Lahore. That said, 23k is still very high for the scooter advertised. No offence but the shape is kinda ugly with a bad choice of color. I guess a reasonable asking price should be within 12 - 15k

I got it for 30,000,great condition.420km done on odometer.Though I believe that it was a bit expensive deal,but I'm satisfied with it.
