4afe Ignition timing Problem

4afe ecu is connected with 4afe engine .
Yes their is a Phak Phak sound sound from tail gate on ideal.

Looks like you have misfiring.
One by one unplug injector grips.
Like first remove 1 while the engine is running.
If the engine hesitates further and it feels like it is dying plug it back. It means that particular cylinder is functioning well. And if you unplug the connector of injector and the behaviour has no change it means that particular cylinder is misfiring.

I think STA is not properly wired because when i start the engine . I am not getting 12v on that pin .. only get 210mv ...

@dani_kk @Xulfiqar Kindly guide me which wire is signal wire from ECU for injectors .... There are two wires on injectors.. one is black and white and second one is different solid coloured wire.

pin #10 and #20 is for injector pairs - your ecu fires two injectors at a time.

each injector shares power from key power, the signal wires are shared as above, the black/white wires are all 12V +ve from key.

I have check the ECU at pin #10 and pin #20 wires are connected.... Tomorrow i will check which 2 injectors are connected at pin #10 and other 2 injectors at pin#20 with multimeter ( Connectivity beep method )

I have checked STA pin too.. but during start i don't get 12v at that pin but wire is connected on that pin . During start i get only 210mv at that pin .

Thats a big issue, your ecu is stuck in fault mode, that pin should see 12v +ve when the key is in start position. Without that your fuel consumption will be through the roof

Trace the pin and fix the connection.

Can i take directly connection from starter motor to that pin ?

Starter motor solenoid pin.
Usually horn connector like pin. Run a wire through that to the sta in ecu. Best practise will be cut the sta wire near the ecu and join that wire with starter connector. Like this you will start getting 12v while you try to crank the engine.

@dani_kk @Xulfiqar Today i check the injectors wiring at pin #10 and #20 but both pins wiring connected with all four injectors .. i check both pins one by one but all injectors are connected with each single pin... I checked with the help of multimeter ( Continuity Test ) .. ( During this test i removed grip from computer)

Secondly When i remove grip from the computer and on the ignition key ( Engine Off ) and checked the voltage in injector grip . Both pins show 9.9v in all injectors.. Why both pin have have voltage when engine is off and computer is removed ...

Thirdly when i trun on the ignition key Why fuel pump is running all the time it's should be off after some time . When engine is off ...

Your engine is wired up wrong and the fuel pump is wired wrong too, For the injector wiring you should have 12v +ve on one side only and #10 to drive one pair and #20 to drive the other pair.

With them joined you will be double fuelling and will cause backfire.

For the fuel pump on 4afe, if will only work when key is turned to start (it wont work like honda 2 second prime) it needs a circuit opening relay , this relay is a double relay that runs the pump when key is in start position and when fc signal from ecu is grounded (it grounds when ecu is receiving crank sensor NE+ signal from distributor)

Please take your car to a proper workshop that can wire it up correctly, if you keep driving like this with this much overfuelling, your engine will be dead soon as the fuel will literally wear out the cylinders.

Injectors issue resolved ...
Ecu pin #10 connected with 1 and 3 number injector
Ecu pin #20 connected with 2 and 4 number injector
STA pin is also connected with ECU ..

Now these number of pins on ecu is un_connected

B+1
FC

ELS
AC1

RSC goes to the little green 3 wire idle control motor, people call it race sensor for some reason

Check the wire colour and you will see which one it is, its probably because someone has tried to manually raise the rpm.

B+ is battery direct power (memory power)

THG is odd, this term is used for exhaust gas oxidiser overheat signal, quite odd to see a 4afe ecu with it

FC is for fuel cut, it connects to circuit opening relay to control fuel pump.

AC1 and ACT are connected to AC amplifier - AC1 is most important as it takes signal that AC has been requested by driver.

Here is the circuit opening relay diagram I copied from the web.

B is switched power
E is body ground
FP is fuel pump
FC is ecu pin
STA is key start position power

What about ELS ?
+B is already connected but +B1 is not connected...
I can't understand about AC Amplifier where can i find it ?

Internal resistance of injectors are 16.1 ohm to 16.5 ohm is it ok ?
