Els is electric load signal, usually its supposed to be sourced from a shunt pin on the fuse box but older cars had multiple els pins like from defogger and max blower etc.

I check the ideal control switch ( chock sensor )
It has 3 pin .
1st pin. ( Black Colour ) ( Connected with ECU RSO pin )
2nd pin (Black Colour ) ( Connected with Ignition current 12v )
3rd pin.( Brown Colour ) ( Can this pin is connected with RSC pin ? )

Is this vacuum sensor called AC Amplifier ?

This little 2 pin thing is the vacuum bleed for ac idle up, its connected to the pin called isc on the ecu, the other pin is 12v +ve from key - the little hole you see is a screw to adjust the idle speed with ac on.

Looks like someone has done cut and taping here.

The 3 wire idle motor on the throttle needs the RSC pin that is cut.

RSC means rotary solenoid close
RSO means rotary solenoid open,

The ecu maintains idle by balancing the rotary valve with controlling both those pins.

RSC pin is not connected but my RPM on ideal is Ok its about 900 rpm when engine is on normal temperature. And on cold start RPM goes to 1100 rpm and on normal temperature it's goes down to 900 rpm

Your system is hacked up, you need to correctly wire it up, the isc is probably shorted to the ac compressor and the rsc pin removed so the idle never drops.

I am little bit confuse .. today i am going for the connection of RSC pin of chock sensor . As i mention above . 1st wire of the sensor is connected with RS0 on ecu while middle one is connected with 12v switch/key and the 3rd one is in brown colour ...
My ecu RSC pin have white& red colour wire .. which is not connected to anything.

Brown colour wires with my ecu or connected with pin E01,E02 and E1 ( grounded wires ) ...
Now the wiring connected with the Chock/Race Sensor are original one ( Un-Cut wiring) ... 3rd pin pin of chock sensor is in brown colour... When i check the continuity of this 3rd pin with ecu pins E1,E01&E02..multimeter beeps means 3rd pin is grounded Now what can i do ?
Can i cut the brown colour wire from sensor and connect with RCS pin on ECU ?

For TPS sensor.
I have 3 wire Tps sensor but my ECu have IDL pin too. No wire is connected on this pin . Will it effect anything ?

And For AC Compressor

I checked this AC vacuum bleed device ... One pin is grounded with body while the other pin is connected with AC Compressor Grip..

AC compressor grip has 4 pins but in originally it has only 3 wires in it.... Pin number 1 and 4 is connected with AC Vacuum bleed device. When press the AC button and fan is On both pins get 12v. While the 2nd pin is grounded and 3 pin has no wire in original wiring in

If you can open ecu cover, there must be rso and Rsc written on the board. Sometimes few pins differ due to version and model.

I checked ECU after removing it's cover . No connection on RSC pin ...

The connector you show is not for the idle valve, its wiring colors match the vss ones used in last model 4afe with electronic transmission. The connector shape is the same but should have different color wires - the wiring plug is usually black for idle motor (its nearly same position too)

Is your wiring original to the car/engine and matched to ecu? Or is it from several cars?

This one is kabli engine . Originally its cam with ECT automatic transmission.... But we changed the transmission to manual one...i am not confirm but i think ecu is also changed .Ecu part number is 89661-02480

Connected ideal valve part number is
22270-16090

Yeah I figured you had an ect , your ecu is manual gear type thats good

i think you have mismatched wiring though, fix up the idle valve connector so ecu controls it, and connect your ac to the ecu so the ecu can work it via the vacuum bleed and also change ignition timing as required for smooth operation.

I read some other threads you suggest AC can control without AC Amplifier with the help of IGF signal ...
Negative of AC vacuum device is connected on ISC pin and Positive from AC button to AC1 pin
While IGF signal is connected on ACT pin with the help of relay . But on one post you don't allow one person because of his ecu.... Can I connect IGF signal on ACT ?

What about TPS sensor .
Is 3 wire sensor is ok ?.. Ecu has IDL pin too. Bjt no connection on that pin .

If you have an IDL pin but a 3 wire sensor, your ecu will never function correctly.

Find the correct type sensor and its wiring plug.

For the ac1 wiring dont connect the igf signal to it on this type ecu, ac1 will be expecting a solid signal that controls the relay. Do the other wiring first.. then fix the ac wiring.

@Xulfiqar Today i changed the throttle body and TP sensor from 3 wire to 4 wire because old throttle body doesn't support 4 wire TP sensor .
I set Vth and Idel resistance= 0.36ohm .
I also set the wiring of Ideal control valve.....

Now i feel alot of improvement in pick ...but still i get some missing in start of the acceleration when i press accelerator and also get jerks after 3000 rpm . What should be the issue ?

You should have also checked it with the vacuum line disconnected, it raises pressure to 45 psi to confirm a good fuel pressure regulator and also pump

Today i again check the fuel pump pressure... I shows 37 psi when engine is in start condition ... When disconnected the vacuum line it's jump to 45-46 psi ..... But when i turn off the engine pressure drop from 37 psi to 25 psi within 20 to 25 mins ....

When the engine is off pressure after 20-25 mins
