putting such a large radiator for a 3 cyl charade is overkill, the original tiny radiator works fine if your engine is not scaled up with salts and minerals and if your water pump is working
The A/C condenser for a charade has its own cooling air path and sits besides the radiator in front of the exhaust manifold, the usual culprit for condenser heat up on R12 gas in an oldschool charade is the missing heatshield of the exhaust manifold and the suction/discharge pipes (if G100 model) is very very near the exhaust heating that up too - those need to be insulated and covered too.. They cause insane temps and headpressure
