4k twin squich: have dished pistons to reduce compresion and make it more economical , the normal ones have flat top pistons.

the twin squish head is also different. The engine also uses very odd spark plugs - It has extra long twin firing electrodes that literally sit in the middle of the combustion chamber.

Those Are Putted There For A Voltage Stabilization And Bling...Maaz Can Explain It Better
Though...I Am Not Impressed With The Kit.....!! I Can Make A Better Grounding Kit And Did For My Own Car

how come you guys can get away with not connecting the heated O2 sensor - if the heat element circuit goes open in it the ECU locks itself into failsafe mode. No other way round it unless you put some 1A circuit on the HT circuit and use a trim pot for the OX circuit

When Exhaust Is Fitted I Told Him To Get Flange Fitting For 02..

But Engine Seems To Runs Ok (Rich Offcourse)......Just Figured Out Yesterday That Electrician Also Don't Bother To Install Water Temp Sensor....! Its A Must Also....!

ECU Was Throwing Continuous CEL's Tomorrow And I Was Sure Something Is Not Working...That Water Temp Sensor...!

Have To Sort VSS , IAT And O2 Sensor....!!

IAT Was Wired But Still Giving Error...I Don't Know He Wired It Wrong Or Sensor Is Busted...!

i didnt waste money on IAT, its tied in front of filter.

i didnt care abt vss either, i know chk light comes on ard 50 - 60 km, and stay on

driving ard without O2 sensor, even in early years of my st 20v days i had hard time with O2, and there wasnt any major improvement with O2 . those 4 wires of O2 were always getting mixed up .

i have engine backfire whenever i release throttle to shift

as long as car drifts and requires minor maintance. its a successful swap in rwd

why cant we have presorted swaps - meaning fully sort out the wiring before plugging it to the engine so we can just plug and twist the key. And levin, its quite shocking that you say that some input parameters (O2 sensor input) is not important. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT.

The ECU will never allow closed loop mode and not unleash the full potential of the engine.

The correct working priority should have been that to measure the wiring harness clamps and lengths in the RWD bay, then extending/shortening parts of the wiring and tracing and connecting each and every wire correctly while the "denter ustaad" placed the engine.

@levin : I think you'll save a lot of $$ in fuel if you put in the correct o2 sensor. The car will have less backfire though.
