I hope that you properly relocate the distributor to the front rather than chopping this beauty in the firewall.....

secondly to properly route the water/ cooling system rather than a half *** approach to it.

I'm happy to see u post in my thread, I need experienced master minds like you to complete my project.

Bro i didn't relocate the distributor, i didn't even wanted to cut the firewall so we just banged the firewall a bit its not even visible.
For the cooling system we customized a metal pipe which is running with the valve cover. I'll upload the pictures once i'm done with re sizing them.

Yes i'll run it on open itb's. Thanks a lot for the filters link its worth it, i really needed them. I guess we can also make filters like those uni filters

One of the best chemistry of ride n swap one can even think. You r lucky enough to get a sweet car as well as motor.

Looking fwd to see the whole process n then the end product. And must give proper upgradation to the braking system. If I were u, the suspension, ABS n good tyres would be on my hit list before the car come on road.

its cheaper you modify the throttle cover with yr engine yrself in khi. the one i have is in lhr and will cost yu extra on transport.

i dont know if yr interested in itb's. this is more expensive optionn if yes then you dont need the cover and k&n cone.

today i was having a meeting on importing itb filters 70mm, thy cost 80usd. + shipping. + plus importer charges also come user's pocket,

foam filters need to be handled very carefully. dnt last too long in pk due to mishandling (plus ppl poke them whenever you open the hood)

. one needs a newer set annually. now the thing is i was alone and there is no bulk buying from tech toy tuning. ( i have techtoy tuned 20v) i used their suggestions and ideas on what do i need to do.

what am trying to say is book yr foam filters from same importer to get lower rate.

I cant thank you enough for such kind words bro. I used to dream of making such a project, I saved for years for doing this project. When i got ready and planned to start the project i thought it will be very easy but i swear it was way too difficult. Doing a good project in Pakistan is not that easy until u have loads of cash to import stuff. Dealing with ppl and making them understand what u want was a head ache. But i'm really happy now cauze i guess i did a good job though it was my first project.

I've got the new front braking system including the front shocker assembly with springs of Toyota corona. The brakes are with twin ventilated discs with big calipers and the shockers are 2 times stronger and thicker than the stock shocks so that they can easily handle the engine plus now the front is stiff for the sporty feel I'm gonna get some good tires once its on road.

New Clutch kit with manual 20v bt flywheel which is only 5.8 kgs. I got the new clutch bearing too but i couldn't take its picture.

Are you going to get a R&P for it? IMHO its a must, You can get one out of 84/85 Starlet. Oh and try and see if you can have a header made for it as well.
