New T-50 gear box with 22 splines with original 4a bell housing.

This is the diff that i got. Its a Toyota Hilux 8" diff with 4.3 ratio and LSD its gonna do its job pretty well.

This is hold up to whatever you through at it with 20v.
Are there any circuit tracks anywhere in Pakistan?
If there are then ultimate rear suspension would be to go IRS.
Building a true track car is a huge undertaking and IMHO only a
dedicated and seasoned driver can fully benefit from such a car,
otherwise its a total waste of money.

I already got the headers made, They are a perfect copy of The OBX headers for 20v bt

They look like these but they aren't chromed cauze i'll heat wrap them.

What are the approx. dimensions of the primaries and how are the primaries paired up on the extractor and how is the merge and collector designed?

rear has two options in suspension

all coilover with seperate spring matched to front spring = cost range 2.5lakh to 3.5 lakh pkr , ultimate circuit track car suspension. rear has coilover and spring in relevant slots not like fwd coilover

2nd option after markt performance spring.(i have one in box) and gas shocks tokiko , kyb etc.

i used my kyb in starlet, starlet kp has same rear suspnsion fitting as ke or ae, spring is in box as shown above.

front has spindle fitted to coilover, rwd car ke should have 4 bolt in spindle same ae86. starlet has 3 bolt in spindle so my coilover didnt fit on kp. its ( the workhorse type of car) and stock suspension in good condition.

weight shift driving is better with full foot of tyre using negative camber

Those after market performance springs are the best thing we can do here. I guess this is a better idea. I checked some international forums like club 4age etc for the suspension upgrades, They cut the springs or get the after market springs with a short stroke gas shock, I guess this should work for us.

Should i get heavy duty gas shocks a bit smaller than the original ones or should i get it of the same size??? I'm confused here cauze we will be cutting the rear springs or get the after market springs and I've heard that there should be a perfect match of the springs and the shocks for a proper setup.

I never get this camber theory i need help regarding this.

a lot of bling bling stuff in pk is total wast of money. what the local manufactures are selling for 2million works for average driver and is totally boring stuff for a performance standard.

if a guy wants a better car he should not be told its wast of money because there are no circuits..

ultimate track suspension dreams on higher level dont make difference in pk. anything from tein, cusco, meagan etc is miles ahead from local modification in pk.remember guy earns in pkr and has to spend in usd is not easy, there is lot of sacrifice involved

my personal thought you wasted money on paints instead ofp utting money importing parts., do min work in Pk, and import parts max , your car value goes up with aftermarkt parts not paints.

eg. you building filters in pk. instead of buying factory tested stuff by professionals

I agree with you. Actually i wanted a really good looking engine bay that's why i have spent a lot on appearance of the engine bay, soon you'll see what i have done

Once i'm done with all this fabrication work and all i'll start importing stuff slowly. I have a long list made up:)

We're just making filters for the time being, I've already ordered uni filters with complete polyurethane bushing kit. I'll get them once my cousin is here

This can be fitted to a stock rolla but this is useless for a stock car, it'll also mess up the ratios. I have the stock diff of 82 rolla in perfect condition, you can get that if you have issues with your diff.

Yes Sir this is the ultimate diff. It can hold loads of power.

No unluckily we don't have any circuit tracks in Pakistan, I'll be doing a decent suspension upgrade for the rear, we are working on the diff for now and once its done i'll upgrade the rear suspension

This will be a daily runner inshALLAH. Building a true track car in Pakistan needs a lot of effort and tons of money, we don't have any after market parts available for such cars in Pakistan, If ones planning to build a true track car he'll be importing loads of stuff

I have no idea about the dimensions, My fabricator has them written, I guess they are made close to the dimensions of the exhaust ports. I have some pictures of the headers being made, I'll post them soon.

Getting started with the engine bay.

Bigger brake booster fitted.

Brake and fuel lines fitted.I wasn't happy with how they looked so I took the visible ones out and fitted new ones. U'll be seeing the new ones later.

The motor permanently fitted for the first time. Quad Throttle Bodies!!!

Buillding a true track car for Pakistani roads is a total WASTE OF MONEY.
I never said building a better car is a waste of money. Bling bling is far different then building a better car or a track car for that matter.

For a daily driver you are doing great and InshaALLAH you'll enjoy this car for a long time. If this was my car I would change both bumpers with chrome bumpers either from Plaza or shershah.
