I never said building a better car is a waste of money. Bling bling is far different then building a better car or a track car for that matter.

For a daily driver you are doing great and InshaALLAH you'll enjoy this car for a long time. If this was my car I would change both bumpers with chrome bumpers either from Plaza or shershah.

Omg we have similar taste, I love *e70's with chrome bumpers, I took the crappy plastic bumpers out the day i bought the car. I drove it a few times without the bumpers and liked the bare look without the bumpers too. I'll get new chrome bumpers after i'm done with the exterior paint job. there are chrome bumpers for sale on pakwheels but i think i should get new ones.

Personally i like the quad headlights which came in the earlier model, i might switch to them. What do u say???

whats the point of making headers slippery with paint before wrap? the wrap itself needs to wrapped using gloves to avoid skin itching

2ndly paint will burn with excessive heat near header even the metal gets weakbecause once wrapped it gets very hot .

Is this the clutch release bearing????

I have installed a new clutch bearing but i don't remember its part number anymore, I got that with the clutch set and it was Japanese.

Get Urethane bushings for suspension
Place distributor at front, you wont regret spending on that
Try finding A series engine cross member as E70 came with 3A engine as well. BT will fit bolt on.
Ger front and rear strut bars, Xain bhai can tell you what i am talking about

This Diff is good for acceleration but will compromise on top speed which i believe is your objective.

Bearing mentioned by Levin is called Spigot bearing.

Lol actually the fabricator painted it before i got thr. But no worries i'll wrap it after it gets off, It'll come of in an hour.

Guess What???? look at the headers you'll see brackets for the heat shield thr. We're making a huge custom made heat shield for the headers and they're gonna be heat wrapped too. I guess that's enough What do u suggest??? should i wrap the headers or not?

xain has t50 transmission in car

abt wrap - yes, when changing oil filter, header wrap is impt , header wrap reduces heat in engine bay

anyone accidently will touch the pipe because its so close - accidents do happen and safty first. orginally 20v header downpipe comes with wrap and cover if you recall.and o2 sensor in the end.

i dont have o2 sensor and car backfires while shifting.

wrap gets soggy and looses tension in rain or engine wash. and you will need another wrap after few months to rewrap on first one.

bearing wont let flywheel bolts touch the clutch plate .

the fun of car yr making isnt in top speed but its a superb drive at corners. you will oversteer initially and make 360 inside a 90. be prepared mentally for such dramas. moving engine forward to fit dist. reduces rear traction weight

whn drifting leave road space on the inside on turn to handle unexpected 360 turn. 360 helps loose speed if you enter too fast on slippery road

It feels really good to see highly experienced senior members like you posting in my thread

Urethane bushing is on my list, I tried to get it earlier but i couldn't, so now i'll just get it in 2 or 3 months. For now i have Japanese Teq bushes installed all over
We have already installed the distributor at the back, We removed the heater pipes, Luckily we didn't had to cut the firewall (H)

Zain bhai told me about the cross member earlier but i didn't go for that cauze the original one could be easily fabricated and my fabricator did a great job in fabricating it though it needed very minor changes, There is a picture of the fabricated cross member without the paint on the previous page. I've got a really good looking front upper strut brace made, will get the lower one made in a few days. There is an f/f rear lower strut bar in my car so i'm just getting the rear upper one made, The one which mounts on the shockers, U can have a look of the rear lower strut bar which is connected to the diff. This is the old diff, now its connected to the new diff

Its a 4.3 ratio LSD diff, This was the best matched combination
