Excellent project.

My suggestions:

Get Urethane bushings for suspension
Place distributor at front, you wont regret spending on that
Try finding A series engine cross member as E70 came with 3A engine as well. BT will fit bolt on.
Ger front and rear strut bars, Xain bhai can tell you what i am talking about

This Diff is good for acceleration but will compromise on top speed which i believe is your objective.

Bearing mentioned by Levin is called Spigot bearing.

Yeah i have a new clutch release bearing installed, i don't remember the part number anymore

xain has t50 transmission in car

abt wrap - yes, when changing oil filter, header wrap is impt , header wrap reduces heat in engine bay

anyone accidently will touch the pipe because its so close - accidents do happen and safty first. orginally 20v header downpipe comes with wrap and cover if you recall.and o2 sensor in the end.

i dont have o2 sensor and car backfires while shifting.

wrap gets soggy and looses tension in rain or engine wash. and you will need another wrap after few months to rewrap on first one.

bearing wont let flywheel bolts touch the clutch plate .

the fun of car yr making isnt in top speed but its a superb drive at corners. you will oversteer initially and make 360 inside a 90. be prepared mentally for such dramas. moving engine forward to fit dist. reduces rear traction weight

whn drifting leave road space on the inside on turn to handle unexpected 360 turn. 360 helps loose speed if you enter too fast on slippery road

I'll definitely go for the heat wrap now. I had the heat shield on the stock manifold, Maybe the wrap was taken off. I have the space made for the o2 sensor in the down pipe, I looked for the 4 wire flange fitting sensor but couldn't find it, For now i'll just close it and have fun with the backfiring and then get the sensor later.

These were some of the best tips ever, You are a real hatchi ruko expert, I guess you're pretty good at drifting. I can already imagine the oversteering fun

Guess what is this??? This is the custom made aluminium front upper strut brace in the making.

After getting the bar polished, Its still not completed, The brackets have to be painted.

i must say the best swap ever in RWD ! im impressed of headers ! and really love the car
and great suspension work ! u should have gone for cooper radiator ! i bought aluminium one it was in great condition same as urs but Xulfiqar told me that copper ones are more reliable, if u can xchange it then do it if not then yay bhe theek hay ! waiting for more updates ! and let me know if u need any help from my side

also u should have made the strut bar like from one strut to firewall and then to another strut its much better then the strut to strut one ! if u look at the GT strut bars they are like this ! these are my 86 GT original strut bars

Bro i bought an aluminium radiator cauze aluminium cools down quicker than copper, I guess copper ones have a longer life and can be easily repaired.

yes ee100 and also ee90 strut brace is the same as this but they are in one single piece and ee80 strut brace is in 2 pieces ! i havent fitted it because it requires some changes in firewall and bay ! it costed me a fortune but worth it

u can still make it 3 point it will be much better than both types ! make a triangular strut bar ! strut-firewall-strut then again directly to another strut ! the strut to strut is already made u just need strut to firewall ones ! do some reserch on it ull know better
