Nice work with polishing. Looking neat. Headers should be wrapped. This paint will hold wrap after few minutes of start up and will work like adhesive.

yes ee100 and also ee90 strut brace is the same as this but they are in one single piece and ee80 strut brace is in 2 pieces ! i havent fitted it because it requires some changes in firewall and bay ! it costed me a fortune but worth it

u can still make it 3 point it will be much better than both types ! make a triangular strut bar ! strut-firewall-strut then again directly to another strut ! the strut to strut is already made u just need strut to firewall ones ! do some reserch on it ull know better

Thanks Sir. Polishing was the best idea i guess, The pictures i have posted aren't good, They don't do the justice. I'll post some daylight pictures once its outta the garage and then you guys will be shocked to see the result

These are some rare wheels you've got thr, They r pretty wide. I want some good looking staggered wheels, can u help me in this regard???.

The extractor looks okay ....although OBX isn't a really good company to copy as their products are notorious for low levels of quality control and longevity

but still they look okay with somewhat smooth bends and the good thing is that the bends are not crushed

One thing that I'd like to point your attention towards is the ports of the extractor .....if they are not finished off properly they can severely affect engine performance as a lot of volume of exhaust gases are generated with rapid pulses in a 4A-GE at 8550 RPM so the following steps with a good die grinder should be taken while you take off the header wrap(quickly before I forget use stainless steel wires/ clamps on header wrap as they tend not to rust and can withstand high temperature operation.

THESE STEPS SHOULD BE TAKEN TO CLEAR THE OBSTRUCTIONS AND KEEP THE EXHAUST GASKET AS A TEMPLATE TO OPEN UP THE SIZE OF THE OPENING IN THE EXTRACTOR.......AND ALL THREE THINGS

1.HEADER
2.GASKET
3.EXHAUST PORT

SHOULD BE OF THE SAME SIZE FOR OPTIMUM PERFORMANCE

Thank you sir, These suggestions are worth it

The picture u have attached is of the headers being made, it is the unfinished product, they were fabricated till perfection later (H)

I had to copy OBX cauze they were the only headers which had loads of pictures on the internet and secondly there are very few company's which make rwd headers for 20v

Its really difficult to make good quality stuff in Pakistan but if you come and see the headers in person, you will be surprised to see their quality. I'm getting the work done from the best fabricator in Karachi (H)

I'll make sure to use stainless steel wires/clamps when i wrap the headers.

yes sure i will share.

metal waterlines run far away from headers and are covered from rubber pipe to avoid rust etc. and headers are straight out to a specific distance before turning to the downpipe.
