metal waterlines run far away from headers and are covered from rubber pipe to avoid rust etc. and headers are straight out to a specific distance before turning to the downpipe.

How to get the exact dimensions of the headers to make a proper tuned header??

I have some plans for the over fenders lemme show u a pik of the over fenders and front lip i'm planning to get.

Man these fender flares are awesome. I would kill for a set for my KE20 (been searching for a while now). Please PM me if you get your hands on something like this. And I've wanted some wide steelies so bad but for the life of me I just cannot find these anywhere. If you're interested in some handsome looking steel wheels, check out Aero racing Wheels on Google. I just have to find a way to get these into Pakistan somehow.

The cooling pipes you have made are an invitation to air locks, either attach bleed nipples to the rear of the pipes or use a remote fill tank like european cars use.

The correct routing for water pipes is rather tricky with both pipes coming from under the inlet manifold, you should remember that the toyota 4A engine thermostats regulate cold water flow rather than hot water flow.

You can remove the FWD mount bracket and use a soft engaging clutch fan mounted to the water pump. And Please do tell why is the engine sitting so ahead of the firewall, did te fabricator mount the engine to ease the installation of the distributor?

my idea was to have water lines away frm engine fr max cooling effect.and pipes covered in rubber , i didnt put auto fan switch in radiator but i fixed it in water line to read the temp in waterline and turn on fan.

during excessive heat months in lhr, engine temp was controlled well inside city with a/c. driving at 20km

my car has to deal with dusty hot air , a/c and still perform without engine knock. this is tough job for blacktop.

above pic is swap probably in cold climate, its not my car.

pic below was taken 6 months back in summer when i was wraping headers. no car's water line is not too high. it runs on chassis rail and engine temp is fine , slightly below centre on guage

Yeah man they are awesome for sure. They are for Rm200, U wont get these in Pakistan so no need of searching, If u want these you can get them imported but in the end its useless cauze they will cost a lot. I'll get them made too, Look for the best fiber body kit maker and he'll do it for u.

Bro its almost impossible to get such wheels in Pakistan unless u import them, I was looking for some xxr wheels but when i calculated the duties i was shocked cauze i had to pay $400 for the shipping+duty, The best option we have is to get new lenso wheels cauze lenso is offering staggered wheels in Pakistan.

Zulfiqar bhai the cooling pipes are made like this worldwide, There are some more ways too but this looked like the best idea to me. I might face some air lock issues with this, Can u please explain briefly how to attach bleed nipples i'm looking forward to attach bleed nipples.

I don't wanna attach a fan to the water pump, I'll just install the new radiator fans which came with the new radiator. The engine isn't mounted ahead of the firewall, Its on its stock cross member maybe that's why its a bit ahead.

In the beginning i was planning to run the water lines on the cars frame but they didn't look good to me so i just went with this design, I don't think that i have to cover the water lines with rubber pipes cauze i'll be having the custom heat shield and header wrap on the headers so i guess there wont be any heating issues but now i'm worried about the air lock thing, Tell me what should i do about it???

I might also put the auto fan sensor in the water line

I guess you're talking about the oil filter relocation kit, I'll get that in a day or two cauze i have to install the oil cooler. Its available here in Karachi.

I know someone in Malaysia, I'll have to talk to them when they're visiting next time. My KE is undergoing a resto right now. Once completed Inshallah, I'll be doing the wheels and fender flares. Will let you know what becomes of it.
