4AGE (Blacktop or silver top) vs 3SFE!

asslam o alaikum everyone.
which engine will be best for an RWD toyota starlet kp61 or kp60?
1: 4AGE 20v blacktop
2: 4AGE 20v silvertop
3: 3SFE
Requirements are RELIABILITY,ECONOMY,DECENT HP(around 130hp on wheels and not on paper) and reliability with the starlet.
Experienced people like levin ,SER_GTR etc are most welcome and requested and all other people who have experience of these engines.
I am an unexperienced person so cant maintain complex swaps so easy swaps are required.

For Economy 3SFE. AS G is performance Head and F is Economy Head.
For high rev Fun 4Age all the way but then forget the economy.

If you want a hassle free Engine Swap then I will recommend -5K or 7K. They are in 80HP range and not in 130HP range but will provide a lot more power then the original 3K/4K engine of Starlet.

For 20 V gathering all the tit bits will be quite a Task.

I need some fun and acceleration with economy so 5K or 7K will not serve the purpose so what will be the fuel economy of 4age silvertop?
