your lower brace is incorrect - you need to make it in the original design, there are two thick brackets where your control arms mounts to - on those brackets are 2 holes each - where the lower brace should mount to,
The brace you have mounted to the control arm bush bolts will not control the body flex as those brackets which actually hold the arms are still just held by a couple of bolts to the body at the ends of the brackets (this is why the notorious cracked chassis body thing on G100 happens) - a rod between the mounting brackets will literally stop the flexing. Thats how the original GTti charade and 1.3 4 cyl charades are equipped also.
