Time would be probably late, 5-9, i know the time for the audio meet was 5-7, but it went on till 10 easily, that too we called it off early, no one was in the mood to leave 
Anyway, since we also need to have snacks, i would suggest Hot Spot, we may gather there, get some hot pictures taken by our photographer buddies and then crash there, everyone could order whatever they want, its a good place, cheap and nice. Everyone could order according to their wants, the area near the cultural complex is usually empty at that time, pictures could be taken there, as the stadium would provide to be a good picture spot behind the cars.
