Regarding venue you can also consider Country Club Bahria , parking is nice & then we can dine if interested

I also highly recommend Country Club Bahria. The parking is splended and gr8 for professional photography. Neat and clean environment. Newley carpeted road - jet black. At the background we have Country Club plus no surprise hot rods / uninvited guests

If we have to travel few extra miles once in a while, then i think this should not be an issue.

For dining out after the gtg, we can also do that even in Bahria or somewhere else. I visited Aaamir bhai and he took me to this specific spot ( he really likes that place for his final gtg )

5pm.... i think its a bit late... it should be 3pm... i know i know people will say its too hot at time. But shiny cars, good atmosphere, friend arround...no worries about hot weather...

Bahira is too far away, it wont be appropriate for most of the people to drive all the way to bahria, as ive got a couple of texts from people to keep it at a central location.

Its more like a detailers meet to meet with a detailer, the competition bit is over, 3pm these days is not at all feasible, its too hot, even at 5 the weather is extremely hot, 3 would be very hard, shiny cars and everything is good, but getting a sunstroke, well not quite good i must say
