Respected members of " 4x4 mean machines" .

i have recently purchased sj410, this is my first ever 4x4. I need help of you guys to update my SJ410.

1. To convert drum brakes to disc brakes
2. To convert it to power starring from manual starring as the starring wheel is very hard.
3. To change kamanis into coil spring to make little more comfortable.

Please guide me regarding cost and the machanic in lahore who ca do these things.
