Hi I have a budget between 50-60 lac

I have few options City 1.2 City 1.5 yairs or go for japanese car can someone please answer following question

1- Which will have more resale value City or Yaris or japanese car
2- Parts of city is expense or yaris or japanese car
3- Which one having less cabin noise and smooth rode grip
4- I want to travel to murree from islambad, and might drive to naran etc as well
