Dear there is no Shangrila Resort in Chillas its in Raikote.

There is a pretty big Shangrilla in Chillas on the banks of River Indus. There is a small one in Raikot.

i am planning to go to fairy meadows pls advise me for following
i am using NATCO service and taking route rawalpindi to gilgit. on the way i shall take off the Bus on Raikot Bridge. am i right?
Raikot bridge to Tatto. how much jeep will charge me?.....
Tatto to Fairy Meadows track will we need guide? if yes then how much he charge me.?
And at fairy Meadows what is cost of hotel, hut, or tant over there?

Yes. Jeep track starts from raikot. Jeep charges vary but should be between 8 and 10k for a 2 way trip. Not sure about hotel charges at fairy meadows as our trip was arranged by a tour operator

Yes you can travel easily till hunza, weather bohat fit hoga. Sardi bhi kaafi hogi so aap prepared ho k niklain. Aur babusar top waali side se jayen.

September will be very pleasant not cold. Though September is the best time to visit Hunza as lot of fruits excellent weather and very less rush.
