5 Days Swat Trip itinerary please

I would like to travel on 24 August for a 5 day first trip to Swat Valley with family from Lahore. kindly note that i dont prefer touch and go Itinerary so please guide where to stay first and what to look, also if you recommend good quality hotels. do note i am traveling on a 2014 Civic.

I need Complete Plan for tour to SWAT (8 Days)

I have made this plan on the basis of internet searching, simply I never been in SWAT and I need your precious suggestions on the basis of personal experience. Recommendation is cost effective budget on public transport, places must be cool & worth sightseeing. Shared plan is tentative you can modify all the plan and share day by day. Day 1:
- Lahore to Mingora
- Hotel checkin, get fresh and visit White Palace at Marghzar.
- Back to hotel, night stay.
Day 2:
- Checkout, visit Malam Jabba
- Descend back from Malam Jabba and go to Kalam directly.
- Night stay at Kalam
Day 3:
Visit Kalam forest, Matiltan or jahan tk road allows.
Visit Bayyun if possible, or spend quite some time in Kalam Forest. Its beautiful thing to do in Kalam.
Night stay at Kalam.
Day 4.
- Checkout, Back to Lahore from Kalam.

You've 1 day extra which you can utilize as per plan to see some other places but in my opinion with family you can't roam each and every place it will be hectic for you and your family as well.

I don't know the actual road condition of Malam Jabba at the moment I've seen many cars went there the road is not that much good if you have experienced to drive in hilly areas so you can take it

Yes, it can go till Malam Jabba & Kalam, but avoid to go in snowfall.

Road from Bahrain to Kalam is almost constructed only a few is remaining.
