5 Marla House in Islamabad in 10 million

Assalam o Alaikum guys,

In which sector / housing society I can buy 5 Marla House in Islamabad within budget of 10 million? My preference is at least 3 bedrooms, Drawing, Dinning, clean and green less populated area, gas, electricity, & internet. Options I have considered so far are Multi Garden B-17, Tele Garden F-17, PWD Society and Gulberg Green etc. Among these options I really liked Multi Garden B-17 but it is very far from main Islamabad.

Any other housing society / sector I should consider in this budget?

Maye I am unable to guide you with prices but yes multi gardens is a good place, good facilities and neighborhood but the only drawback is its quite far away from Islamabad. Maybe you can get a 7 marla constructed house in the blocks away from main gates. Block G etc

Thanks for your response brother. Far away from main Islamabad is the only drawback I see in this scheme. As far as I know Block G is not yet habitable.

All blocks are ready to build in. Obviously A,B,C are more populated
