What is location of your plot and how you are going to built?

Contractor with material or contractor without material, can you share cost if possible for both of them as I am planning to built mine too in Bahria Town Lahore.

Im going to build in bahria town phase 8 rawalpindi.
Its going to be contractor without material

According to my calculations it will be roughly 1500 per sq feet but can only let you know the exact amount when i complete my house

Finishing work is in progress and it will take about one month to complete. I'll share the pics after that. I'll be able to tell the final cost once the work gets completed.

Plaster Works
Installation of Door & Windows
Boundary Wall
Boundary Wall on Roof
Sheds on windows and etc

Coz normally contractor do not take same rate for boundary wall external, main gate, doors, windows and sheds as it costs different.

I believe you are saying 1500 overall, have you include electrical, plumbing, sanitary works in it, kitchen fittings, means a complete house under 1500 or only gray structure.

It was plot of 25x45' and covered area was 1903sq.ft. it was my uncle's house so I helped him on no profit no loss basis. I am into the construction business.

To be honest Izhar Monnoo construction is very poor.
