1500 for all cover area, what it includes.

Brick Works,
Plaster Works
Installation of Door & Windows
Boundary Wall
Boundary Wall on Roof
Sheds on windows and etc

Coz normally contractor do not take same rate for boundary wall external, main gate, doors, windows and sheds as it costs different.

I believe you are saying 1500 overall, have you include electrical, plumbing, sanitary works in it, kitchen fittings, means a complete house under 1500 or only gray structure.

Yes sir. Its my estimate as i have constructed houses before! The labour contract for grey structure has been done. It has been done on 300 per sq ft. It also includes tile fittings in rooms and washroom.
Plus i dont think 3.9 to 4.0 mil are spent on just the construction of a 5 marla house. You could spend this much money but the average per sq. ft for a decent house is approx 1500. I'll keep updating this thread as my construction start. It will start in May inshaAllah because soil test and map clearance takes up about a month

any one knows where to find the white AAC blocks for outer walls. these are very good insulated materials made and very light.
quite common here in Kuwait but in pakistan ?
also iam planning to use plain surface grey blocks.. the one commonly available are not very plain and can not be fixed vertical. hence costing more money and wastage.
plain block can be fixed more verticaly giving more coverage,less plaster cost and fast masonry..

I have to dig six feet down and have to build a rcc bed and wall up to ground level, i wanted to ask that this is done by the builder in extra work? What i mean to say is that is it included in per square foot rate? And also the water tanks?
