Folks can dive in their own ventures and take risks and see. Do you think I am going to gamble? neither I am stupid, nor desperate. I will take my time to invest where I will get the best outcome, meanwhile I am saving. Its over 20 million now alhamdulillah.

Being in kuwait and oilfield guy, the arab economies are totaly dependent on oil and as our CEO say next few years will get more difficult arab economies are going down every day. They are imposing taxes, raising fuel and comodities prices, investments are risky these days...

Guys, I heard from someone who bought plots for 80k each (4-5 of them) and sold them each after 6 years for over 22 lac. Can anyone suggest any such societies for long term investment? I can spare some money to invest and can take risk if its 5-10 lac since I understand, higher the risk higher the profit.

Actually it can. And that happens routinely. It's not something new. You just need to know where the next big highway, road, govt. project etc is going to be built in advance and buy land there.

Yes, ONLY when you have millions in the bank.
People like me wouldn't even invest 5 lac in a market/thing which has high probability of failure (if failure chances are less than 40%).
