guys, please suggest where should I buy a residential plot in Karachi. I want 400, 500 or a 1000 at the best where its safe and secure to live. House prices in Karachi have gone sky high compared to other cities like Lahore and Islamabad.

Buy any plot in Bahria before balloting of plot numbers, 4,5 months w8, then your investment will not be doubled but you will get a decent amount in small investment, the more the good locality , the more will be on top, usually a 50%-60% increase. I personally did this in Bahria Lahore and Bahria Karachi, just sharing my experience,

but right now, wait and watch any other good thing to invest

Asking price is always high. Short list some, then go after them and negotiate.

bahria and dha a very expensive..tyr lake city,green city or paragon...these are good housing societies were development is increasing day by day...rates increased from 33 lachs to 45 lachs in just 1 year....if you invest it can give you good profits
