I don't go there anymore. I need information if the plots are to be launched. I heard about Bahria Town and we could book them from Dubai office of Bahria but I couldn't avail it at that time. So, now I am looking for an opportunity to buy plots for investment.

I also have another proposal for joint venture in agriculture land and cultivation, which is expected to double the investment in very short period of time.

And you have to establish trust on somebody for better gains. Real estate can give good returns, but returns from agriculture, dairy farming, transportation business far outweigh it.

P.S: I'm also an engineer. Invested in Ghori Town and going good, Alhamdulillah. Now looking for some joint venture beyond my day time job...

I thinking about investing in something that I can get a good return, like doing a business or investing in something with least risk involved. Should not be something involving interest, has to be halal. Could be anywhere in UAE, Canada or Pakistan. So kindly suggest me, I am planning for doing something more.

430k excluding around 7% documentation+registration etc when buying property? so for first year there is no return but from the second year. And 430+30k=460k

Thank you but Multan is a no go area for me. Only Karachi, Lahore and Islambad are considerable.

Hmm well then you should invest your money in new cda sectors being constructed near the new airpot! I have 2 plots in b-17 and we bought those a few years back and now its price has doubled.

Also i have got a plot on my dad's name in gulshan-e-ahbab housing society phase two on defence road. Its 1 kanal, i dont know how much its worth coz we dont visit lahore that much if youre interested in it or anyone else in that matter do let me know
