Hmm well then you should invest your money in new cda sectors being constructed near the new airpot! I have 2 plots in b-17 and we bought those a few years back and now its price has doubled.

Also i have got a plot on my dad's name in gulshan-e-ahbab housing society phase two on defence road. Its 1 kanal, i dont know how much its worth coz we dont visit lahore that much if youre interested in it or anyone else in that matter do let me know

People have had their life time money multiplied by zero in case of Bahria (I myself know many such persons who lost heavily in Bahria Enclave 2 , Bahria Phase 8; and DHA Valley as well).

CDA is white elephant and it's projects now take decades (I-12, Park enclave etc.)

So the point is, you can't just trust a brand name, sit back, relax and comeback some day with your investment multiplied many fold...
