I'm interested in buying a civic 2017 UG from a person.

I've seen and inspected the car personally, with denter/painter etc (both of them have given me the go ahead)
however the car has 5 owners... last 3 owners are within the family..

I'm not sure what to make of it, is it safe to buy or what should I consider?

if the car history is available, car condition is ok, there should be no problem.

A lot of people are saying " 5 owners are too much in 8 years..." and so so.
should I worry about that as well?

sir, aik cheez ki qismat mai aik user kay pas arsa guzaarna nahi likha tau kia karein... one sells the thing, buys a new one.
Agar gari ki condition theek hai, tau negotiate a bit on this thing in your favor and go for it.
