Salam, we are installing a 2H diesel engine in FJ jeep. We found the engine in good condition but it did not come with gear so we only bought the engine.
Also want to install a 5 speed transmission (5 forward, 1 reverse) gear box that will fit and work properly with the 2H engine without any modifications. Having a hard time finding it.
Need advice on which 5 forward gear box will work with the 2H diesel engine and where I can get it.
My preference is a bolt on H55 that would work with 2H without any modifications.
Your help and guidance very much appreciated in advance.
If you know someone who might be selling it please let me know. If you or someone you know have a 5 speed gear from a 2H specifically that would be perfect so kindly let me know.
