Hello Guru,

I wanted to inquire about knocking sound coming from the engine.
From past couple of weeks, my car started giving knocking and it is increasing day by day especially when I accelerate hard or with AC.

I haven't changed its plug since I bought it. 1 tunning done but mechanic simply cleans the plugs at that time and told me that they are working fine. But now this knocking is irritating me.

Kindly help me in this regard

The car is NISSAN MOCO 2014

How much have you driven since you have bought the car
Also pour liquimoly injector cleaner in your car and post back results

17000 Kms since I bought it

Changing plugs can help in any sort??

Iridium plugs have a life of around 100000 km
So i dont think they will make much of a differwnce

But its not iridium. Plugs are not changed in Pakistan. Ill have it checked. Meanwhile will definately go for injector cleaner.
What do you recommend injector cleaner or engine clean system

Injector cleaner
Engine cleaner is to be poured in engine oil before changing it
It has no connection with fuel

I don't think sparkplugs have anything to do with the engine knocking you're experiencing.

It could be a number of things and only a mechanic could rectify the problem after thoroughlly inspecting the engine.

Fill the tank pour half bottle use half the tank then fill again and pour the rest if injector cleaner in the fuel tank and voila you are good to go

Ok so injector cleaner did its role along with hi octane fuel. But im little worried as if I use regular fuel the knocking will start again.

I have changed spark plugs, cleaning of catalic converter but nothing proves fruitful. Changing of fuel grade and using injector cleaner immediately resolved my issue

Bro keep your tank more than half filled after using injector cleaners also try regular fuel you wont have any problem
