Hello Everyone, I modified my Mehran engine and altered it to 660cc Alto 2014 model with automatic transmission. I am facing two problems first on is milage fluctuation like it gives me milage of 12 or 13 max 14.Secondly its gauge indicates that engine is getting overheat where as when I check engine bay its not that much overheat.when I visited mechanic he advised me to change heat switch connected to radiator pipe that connected with engine but the problem remained unsolved. Then mechanic advised me to install mehran automatic switch in radiator pipe so that at fans starts at the temperature that we set for engine. I also checked it with computer and fans starts at 105F currently where as heat gauge shows the temp full hot.please refer to attached image.
not that much = how much?
105F is 40°C, and fans don't run at that temperature.
Take actual measurements using a thermometer, scan tool, etc. instead of feeling the vibe.
