6680 OR 6630 ? what to buy

I have other cell phones like E88 And 5130 and 5230
But in past like three years ago i had 6600 and it is a good mobile for softwares and games themes etc

i happen to have amount with me like 3 thousand and i want to buy a 6630 or 6680
so i need your advice which one is better

Both are very similar phones... The only difference between them is the 80 has a front facing camera which is pretty useless. I'll take a 6630

However i doubt that there is going to be that much of a price difference in used phones, go for the one which is in best condition.
