Review of Arcadian Shogran (3/5)

Arcadian shogran:
Best place to live in Shogran. Big comfortable rooms and neat architecture of the building. Beautiful lawn and ideal local as it was isolated from the crowd. Staff was excellent and super helpful. Never made gestures asking for tips like you see in hotels.
It was the best place in shogran but it had a couple of issues.
Issues:
We booked a luxury cottage. It was in the outdoors and super dusty and did not give a fresh feeling. Due to my baby, I had to switch to a deluxe room. The staff arranged the room without issues and even gave me a refund. Raheel was super helpful.
Food was quite average especially Pakistani items. The chicken and hummus we ordered did not seem fresh at all. Chinese was good. Food was quite expensive considering the quality.
Very cold room due to some reason. May be it was due to cracks in the wooden structure but I don't know. Our room was super cold all the time and my baby became unwell. Considering the cold, they have no arrangements of heaters of any sort. This made us suffer a lot especially my baby. They gave us hot water bottles but that was not a replacement. They did not have any medicines for basic needs. They should keep it considering Shogran is on top of a mountain.
Too much load shedding and nobody is there to turn on the generator at night. We feel depressed and suffer in the dark uptill morning.
My room was the first one behind reception and there was a lot of noise all the time coming from dining area and staff at reception.
Yet still, despite all the issues - this place is the best one in Shogran. I personally did not like Shogran and would not come again. I came here to rest and I had to suffer due to cold and load shedding.
