Another Small issue i am having is IF I Floor the car the car pulls me to the right side not on normal driving but when I floor it. My Tyres are in avg condition this can be tyres issue or axle issue hmmm?

sir did u install the tyres n note difference in pulling? coz for last 2 months m also experiencing the same dont know wats da cause as it wasnt there before......

Not yet after swap and CNG i am very low on budget Salary savings main yahe kuch ho sakta tha so lets see i am looking for a good deal on used tyres. Not the Qabli ones they are horrible but some better quality tyres with 10 to 15 thousand km life left in em for now :p.

whats a TAP MAP advancer??????

On CNG car's need timing to be advanced to have proper running and pickup so there are 2 ways to do it in my engine. Advancing from distributor easy way and everyone do it but than if i use it on petrol not only engine will knock it will also consume more fuel.

Other option is installing cng timing advancer. Most advancer in market are Chinese and they hardly work so this TPA Map advancer what it does is. In this car there is a map sensor which monitors load on engine by monitoring vacume in intake and also TPS (Throttle position sensor) position so than ECU advances the timing or duty cycle of injectors. What this Advancer do is you will connect one end to Map sensor other to ECU of engine so when there is little load it will tell ecu there is a bit more load so Ecu advances the timing more but this is not working and i wasted my money on this..

5efe daihatsu charade soon as i put it down even slightly now i feel right side pull n when i takje my foot up it pulls to left
so now its gettin horrible on high speeds

4AGE will not work properly on CNG. In charade hmm 7A not sure if it will fit properly

Well original LR one is for around 6000Rs.

Yes get it installed if you also use your car on petrol otherwise it will knock on petrol with bad fuel consumption on petrol.

well i dont need it then coz use my car on cng n sir yesteday got my car's suspension work done....... the axles were redone n other bushings and ends too so now the pull is gone n mmashaAllah ride is sound now.... u get ur cars suspension as well

Low End Torque Is Epically Strong.....!!! Its Hard To Find Advancers Here....I Remember Back 6 Years Ago When I Look Around For Advancer For Carb type Engines But Didn't Find It.....They Do Come But No One Consider Them Useful Here...!!

Suzuki Car's like Cultus is factory equipped with that kind of advancer i think :).

You kno i am using 7A on cng as well but no timing advance at all its on stock position and its still giving me very good torque on CNG :p.

But after installing that tongue type venturi i feel my petrol torque is a bit low as engine is not getting enough air i guess... I am thinking of finding a better venturi or getting this one tooled for better air flow.

BTW You told me how Important STA Signal is for ECU's and believe me this 7A Ecu will not work at all without STA. When STA Was disconnected this engine was giving me just 4KMPL now its almost touching 14.

I got one more code remaining SPD missing. In this 98 model there is no physical wire type speedo meter and it use electric signal from gear. So My understanding is there must be 3 wires in the sensor which is mounted on gear.

One wire to Ground
One to 12V
One Signal wire so i am gona connect this signal wire to ECU SPD as well.

Correct me if I am wrong

Last CNG refill in my 55kg cylinder gave me 260KM Local hmm yes Local...

Unbelievable for 1.8 and gas setting is set for performance.. This BRC Kit is very nice people said LR gives better mileage but this is even greater.

From my 5AFE swap to now i feel the electrition are a bit better now. They understand most common things and know the correct practice but the only issue is they dont like to follow everthing they just try and start the car and off they go..

I saw a Corolla 82 with 4EFE engine the engine distributor was swapped with a normal one there was no ECU no wiring and it was working on CNG only You know the cng issues and he came to get this fixed so he can use it on petrol. Most sensor in his car were missing. He was from some rural area.
