It was quite fun when I did a swap and when I pressurized the fuel system from the diag box on a toyota, and a green tech or even customer would have their jaw on the floor as the engine came to life on first key with about 2 to 4 revs of the starter.

Hondas energize the pump for 2 seconds on each key ON, pressurizing the system.

That 2 Second are very useful Toyota should have adopted same thing :p.

You were right about that MAP Type Advancer its a waste of money and its setting was done properly still it has no effect.

I am using CNG for default timing of petrol so far its giving fine performance and economy on CNG.

After 14 KMPL This gave me CNG Avg of 165 KM in 55KG CYl also consider I was stuck for 2 hours in some awami rally yesterday.

It seems all these A series engine give similar economy 4A, 5A, 7A.

But what I liked is the Petrol AVG Close to 14 KMPL Local which is very nice and a loooot of low end torque.

Hmm The Electrition who came to wire my Engine he was not educated (As most of them are not) But he knew things his ustaad taught him.

I taught him how to connect CEL, Circuit Opening Relay, A/C, ELS what is STA lets see in future he may do it in the proper way. Though I made sure whatever WIRE is run from anywhere with 12V its going throw a Fuse.

The average on cng as well as on petrol is awesome.....the average of my ex charade was same as it was just 1000 cc car........i m planning for a charade g-100 and swapped it with 1300 efi engine..kindly suggest me an economical engine as my daily run is almost 100-120 kms..........

Charades Original 1.3 is a good and needs no alterations but I have not seen a single clean engine in Pindi market they are hard to find.

Other option is 4EFE the tubular intake one. I am attaching picture.
Find the distributor one as its better suited for CNG.This engine if in good condition and all sensors properly connected will give you around 15 to 16 KMPL Local

Another Small issue i am having is IF I Floor the car the car pulls me to the right side not on normal driving but when I floor it. My Tyres are in avg condition this can be tyres issue or axle issue hmmm?

firstly check the alignment - not just toe in or out, but also if any spacers have been added to the strut or the camber has been forced with crash bolts on the hub knuckle, because when you accelerate hard quite an amount of weight is shifted from the front to the rear of the car causing wander.

Just for checks - swap wheels from left to right and check.

p.s. what axles are you using, the 7AFE equipped cars have equal length axles to eliminate torque steer.

get a new decent set of tyres, and emphasize on getting the halfshaft and equal length axles..

btw its odd that your engine was missing the thermostat valve and also knock sensor.. any signs of recent removal?

My Mechanic tried but Halfshaft is not available in Pindi area. He is trying to get one from Peshawar. Halfshaft is common with 20V engines here and comes attached I guess i can use 20v's halfshaft with 7A.

Tyres will be changed soon...

Knock Sensor was missing as you can easily remove it from Block and these Pathan see these things as useless for common people so they remove such things. Like o2 Sensors or Air Temp Sensors.

Thermostat was there but it was stuck open. I tried another one and tested it at home by heating water and that also got stuck open. The one I installed now is working fine.

I found the Halfshaft Its very rare and hes demanding around 3500 Rs for this More than what even complete two axles will cost.

anyways I will get it installed.

In the Last swap my water pump started to leak on the highway so i was thinking i should replace the water pump/timing belt/Bearing of this engine to avoid any such failures.

I was looking at water pump of this engine on the corner there is 7A written hmm is there a difference between 7A or 5A 4A water pump? If so than this item will be hard to find new :p.. 4A ones easily available.

I believe it was called the STAP 200 - very rare as of recent, but excellent in its working - use a correct venturi too, I once found an original precision milled venturi for a 4AFE (Rs 1800/- in 2003), it fit perfectly and had an O ring to seal it on the throttle body, with the regulator main pipe about 13 inches long and that advancer the power delivery was super smooth on CNG, with no blocking or gas surging.
