the diesel fuel line is narrow, it does not allow enough volume of fuel to be pumped when the injectors go to full threshold at high engine rpm WOT. This is also the first wall swappers hit when they put a 1JZ-GTE without upgrading fuel lines.

Okay I will get it checked and see if I can get a better fuel line.

I am again suspicious of o2 sensor bcoz from yesterday evening even on light paddle the CEL again starting showing and again code 25. I will try to get o2 sensor with its wiring and plug and solder the wires.

But i dont feel engine is not running properly bcoz of fuel shortage and its giving amazing torque.

Economy I just calculated its around 13.2 KMPL local Islamabad pindi driving considering its a 1.8 and so far its not run on light paddle in fact everyone from my office is on a test drive its nice.

Before STA connected it gave me 4 KMPL

BTW I was thinking if this Lean fuel mixture issue is a bad thing or a good thing as its giving me good economy

Circuit Opening Relay is installed so pump is no longer connected with ignition.

STA Wire is properly installed.

O2 Sensor replaced.

BRC CNG KIT with Lizer Cyl Installed Though I was kind of in the mood not to go for it but....

Pics uploading isnt working as you kno Pakwheels is under some issue for some time now. Gets dead slow at times.....

One more thing I wanted to ask is in Map sensor wiring does anyone know which is the 5 Volt wire? Yellow? I tested with Multimeter it seems its yellow but I am not sure if i tested it correct.

yes on a later toyota it would yellow. its the ref voltage wire.

there is also a wire which goes to the diagnostic box that needs to connected to the circuit opening relay output wire - its to jump/diagnose the fuel pump 12V supply.

e.g. because the COR only works when the key is turned to start or the ECU latches it, the engine becomes a b1tch to start if your fuel system is dry or depressurized, the little FP pin in the diag box is to supply 12V to the pump directly to fill the system with fuel before so you get a one key start.

Its also used to test the voltage to the fuel pump.

Ok So what i am gona do is.

Find the FP Pin in the Daignosis box in Engine pay. Connect its wire to out put wire (Wire going to Pump from COR).

But what I didnt understand is when will this this FP Pin pressurized the pump? And for how long it will supply the voltage to the pump? When i Put my key to Ignition? This PIN Is not in ECU? As i have to run wire from Engine bay :p.

I installed Advancer for CNG and cut yellow wire of MAP Sensor and to yellow TPS Wire but I guess Advancer was not properly connected turned on though i was on Petrol engine gave me Map Sensor and TPS Codes 31 41

Import of Kits is banned. But the ones who got stock still selling them but in black now.

On thursday I was getting Lendi Renzo kit with 55 KG Cyl for 44000 Rs and BRC for 39000Rs and yesterday Landi Renzo was for 52000Rs and BRC For 44 :p.

I had Budget of 44 so lets try BRC. The kind of Petrol AVG This engine giving me I will be using it more often on Petrol :p.

Its just a diagnosis connection. a place where you can tap into the fuel pump positive when needed.

I dont recall the exact model no. but the advancer you need for your engine connects to the distributor and not the MAP sensor, its made by LandiRenzo, call them up and ask for a 4AFE (1.6 GLi) advancer - you can then play with it to fine tune the advance. These MAP-TPS ones are useless at best IMO.

Other option is to remove this advancer and advance from dissy BTW will the knock sensor help if timing is advanced from Dissy in case of knocking?

FP Pin is confusing so should i Connect it to Pump? Yesterday I did experience engine took a long time to start when fuel line was not pressurized with COR installed.

It was quite fun when I did a swap and when I pressurized the fuel system from the diag box on a toyota, and a green tech or even customer would have their jaw on the floor as the engine came to life on first key with about 2 to 4 revs of the starter.

Hondas energize the pump for 2 seconds on each key ON, pressurizing the system.
