Okay today I took my car out drove it for around 70 KM.

Fuel AVG seem to be fixed and its giving normal avg and with good pickup.

BUT Few issues I notices.

1 - Thermostat valve I feel is stuck open and engine keeps losing and gaining temp.

2 - Engine throwing Code 25 (lean Fuel Mixture) What can be an issue? Oxygen Sensor or maybe bcoz of thermostat valve? Bcoz of this Check Engine light is now permanent ON.

Other issue can be fuel pressure not upto the mark. The fuel pump I am using is from Corolla XEELIEEE :p. 7A got bit biger injectors than these engines..

check the o2 sensor wiring - code 25 is usually kicked on by a faulty sensor, you can rig a trim pot like toyota indus offers.

BTW Code 25 can also be coming bcoz I had a little fun with 2011 City today and in High Rev Engine needs more fuel though I didnt feel engine at anytime loss power still if there was lack of fuel from pump code 25 can also come right?

BTW City 2011 had no chance against of 7A

Only Sensor wiring that was cut in this engine was o2 Wiring.

Does this engine comes with two wire o2? Electrition did connect it but I feel wires are not in the correct combination.

if the light came on at high revs - your fuel pressure is falling off. check the filter and pump, and Im assuming you did not use the small dia diesel fuel line for your main fuel line and am I assuming that you have plumbed the original toyota EFI petrol filter in the system too.

The o2 sensor wire is shielded - make sure that the shield is intact and grounded, also the wire should be soldered, the voltage is very miniscule in the o2 sensor, and needs a clean path to the ECU. twisted greasy wires wont work.

The trim pot thing is what Indus motors installed in place of an o2 sensor, its an adjustable mixture thing, and sits near the airbox.

Well your assumption is 50% correct I am using Toyota Original Fuel Filter.

Oh Yeah tht guy was over confident when he saw my car but Managed him with light foot in the end the look on his face was

7A got way more torque than 5A...

Today I drove from home to Office which is around 22km before leaving home i Reset ECU.

I am in office and only code I got now is 52 Knock Sensor (Which will be installed on Saturday). No Lean Fuel Mixture so it seems when I push the car the pump or fuel line is not providing enough Fuel to engine so it gives a lean misfire.

Hmm I will see if we can upgrade the fuel line If i managed to find it i will change it, Otherwise i will also check the pump.

I guess this means my o2 is working ok..

the diesel fuel line is narrow, it does not allow enough volume of fuel to be pumped when the injectors go to full threshold at high engine rpm WOT. This is also the first wall swappers hit when they put a 1JZ-GTE without upgrading fuel lines.

In the engine bay there is diagnosis Plug.

Open it there are different points mentioned inside the plug. What you need to do is short the TE1 and E1 with a wire or paper clip.

Now put your car key to IGN (Dont start) now look at your Check Engine Light.

If there are no codes stored the light will keep on flashing means all ok.

If there are codes light will flash in a sequence. Like for code 52 CEL will flash 5 times than sec or so delay than 2 times means 52 :p.
