55k for Engine after giving my 2C in deal.

CNG for 47K. Its a BRC Kit with 55kg Cyl.

Last fill gave me 195km LOCAL in ISB

Yes I use to have 5A before and my bro 4AFE as per my experience the fuel economy of these A series engines are almost same.

Ok A/C is tested we were looking for the 5 Piston Denso Compressor and installed Doowan Reciprocating (Piston) Compressor i guess the same on that comes in the Spectra and also called the 15 Number in Denso even it says 15 Number. I have seen this compressor comes stock in the Corolla X engines (1.5 VVTI).

I told my a/c wala that this time I need a a/c that works better than my previous car especially on low RPM so this was his suggestion.

To install it we had to buy a new bracket (Some say this also comes stock in 7A but pathans remove it as it sells at 4500 Rs for compressor and 2000 for bracket and normal denso unit is for 1500Rs)

Results:. Yesterday's test with my previous denso compressor the rotary ones the low side i have never seen them go below 35 or stays at 40 at idle but with this (Remember we are not using multi aisle condensor for now) the low side right away showed as low as 20 and even touched 15 hmm and cooling is very nice and load that is similar or even less than the rotary one...

rule 1 - the ECU needs ALL WIRES TO BE CONNECTED CORRECTLY
rule 2 - read rule 1

if you try short cuts or go cheap - the car will short circuit your wallet to PSO/Shell/Caltex etc.

Its time to wire the Desi type Wires A/C into a bit proper way.

Xulfiqar bhai last time you told me wiring the a/c in 5A in a below way. Can i use the same in 7A?

I am just not sure if i will be giving the igf signal to ACT in this ECU?

Ok I tried to understand this and used my hardly used brain heh.

Because we dont have card or amplifier available we will use IGF signal to ECU ACT.

how what we need to do is like this.

Steps how I am gona do it.

1 - I will take the cable out of thermostate which goes to Compressor and connect it to AC 1 as well so it will see positive when a/c is on.

2 - I will Install a Relay that will get positive from Thermostate to Compressor wire and connect IGF to ACT so when thermostate switches AC on the ACT will see IGF.

3 - I will give positive to vacuum solenoid (From battery with fuse) and connect its negative to ISC PIN

So just wiring the AC 1 to the A/C ON will work. I will try it and let you know.

Last time I had this issue in 5AFE of rpm going down when ac1 Was connected as it seemed like the ecu stopped raising rpm from idle control when it sees positive at ac1.

I connected the Compressor to ac1 but when i turn on the a/c the ECU will not ground the ac idle up. The wiring is correct and idle up got wire properly hooked upto ecu and also +.

What can be wrong?

Yes its fine.works with direct connection. I checked the negative side the ECU is just not giving the ground to it. :S

BTW is there a difference between 7A and 4A 5A water pump? I am trying to search but its not clear some say there isnt any difference hmm..

I suspected it tht its leaking as these old engines 90% of them got this issue of leaking ones but it worked fine but as soon as I used a quality coolant (Caltex) it started to leak.

Anyways I just changed it to GMB 4AFE one. The only difference is the 7A one got a place where the timing cover sits properly with 4afe there is a small gap left that i will fix.
