You should use HOAT Coolants which are (Liqui Moly RAF-11, TOYOTA LLC OR SLLC)etc.

stick With Caltex 50/50 For Best Results..... B.S As Others Are Just Expensive For Names ..Toyota Diluted You Pay For 50% water as coolant also.....
60/40 can work but 50/50 is best ratio to get full benefits of what coolant is added for...

Leakage Is Bound To Happen If Rust Is There But Since You Changed Radiator Recently So Chances Are less.

In Pakistan - you can go to shahnawaz ltd or dewan and buy their HOAT formula G05 or G48 coolant, its very good for diesel engine with service life of 120,000 kms or 5 years. Or if you can find a CAT/Volvo dealer - buy their ELC type - its good for 1 million kms service life.

Caltex Orange works perfect too - provided your system is not gone to hell. There is another industrial type green coolant available in Pakistan which has a lot more additives in it for stationary generators and earth moving equipment which costs 20 to 40 times the price of a new land cruiser from Toyota.

Osama knows all this as this information is kindergarten level for him.

i recommend toyota Long Life Coolant, actually its ethylene glycol based coolant which is recommended for use by Honda and Toyota. By the way Caltex is also Ethylene Glycol based coolant. All good coolants are Ethylene Glycol Based (as they should be).

I have seen some local brands selling Ethylene Glycol based coolants, costs around 500 Rs for local premixed 1 litre (no need to add distill water) like "concept" brand.

I checked last week Total Ethylene Glycol (france Imported) pre mixed bottle cost was 640 Rs for 1 Litre.

Caltex is concentrated and costs a bit more like 1200 Rs for 1 Litre however it will make 2 litres of coolant considering 50/50 mix.

You can find toyota coolant in both concentrated and pre mixed form. concentrated would be thai made (1Litre bottle - 1500 Rs) probably and premix will be in 4 litre bottle Made in USA (2500 Rs) probably.

recently i ordered 4 Litres of premixed prestone ethylene glycol based coolant from ishopping website for around 1200 Rs Made in USA. However what i recieved was a concentrate. so now i use it only to top up as and when required. i think i have got around 3.5 Litres of prestone concentrated coolant with me now. Very good product. transparent in colour.

one more thing all ethylene glycol based - good quality coolants have lubricative additives in them which not only prevent rusting but also lubricate water body and increase mechanical moving parts life.

if it was me, i would stick with toyota premix LLC Made in USA 4 litres pack. you would need to get 2 packs probably. i dont wanna contaminate the coolant during mixing in the bucket or buying distill water (which i think probably is tap water - since its PK).

Better still, order concentrated 4 litres bottle from Ishopping.pk. meanwhile it arrives, collect your home AC drain water in bottles for few days (its actually distill water). go on your trip. once you come back, make 8 litres of coolant and pour it in your ride.

I have pasted the link of the product i ordered and got Prime concentrated Coolant (Prime is also prestone made in USA. so no worries there).

The prestone you are using is also a clone of Dexcool coolant without the dye that makes it registered dexcool - Why not just buy the caltex item then???

and you can use RO water to mix coolant (reverse osmosis) - the absolute best would be steam distilled which is available at some pharmacy/lab suppliers or even some battery vendors. I typically use RO water for mixing with coolants as I never buy premix because that is just for people who have no common sense of how to mix to 50% ratio.

For diesel I would use the caltex or BASF G05 (sold at mercedes parts shop). Diesel have a unique anticavitation requirement that is not in all coolants.

civic sheet metal is quite thick and quite a bit of contact will result in such kind of damage....

apparently civic was parked and not moving we assume that somehow you miscalculated width of ur vehicle....in that case you need to provide him a new fender and bear cost of paint....
he would be gentleman if he settles down on dry denting solution for the door....

shit happens bear with it....

just consider that you just serviced ur AC one more time while bearing the expenses of that civic...

Give them 10k and end it. On average 4-5k per piece is rate of good denter so looks like 2 pieces to me.

Wait a minute 80 series is not the oval vehicle look at the fender light it's still untouched how is it possible.

Look at the side mirror it's unharmed and the line is below the mirror. It's impossible boss. A fender with this much damage from lc80 does also damage the fender light and bumper as well. There is something fishy about it so inquire it first I think some one else had pinned this vehicle down before your arrival and because you had big gaddiii in all of your mohallah every body suspects you.
