It should had a orange colour but its green. What's the reason for that?

Throw some drops of it on white floor and u will find it orange. This current greenish, yellowish etc color is a color distortion to eye due to black (background) surface of radiator.

leave it alone now, the only check you need to do now is to look at the expansion tank. If you see that it is filled over the max line - there is a problem, likewise if you find it empty, thats also a problem.

Otherwise you never have to open the radiator cap - (I have not opened the rad cap on my gadha gaari toyota for a year now)

leak in the pressure system of the coolant circuit - its leaking hot but sealing up when cooling off. (usually a bad clamp - the factory constant tension clamps prevent this as they tighten themselves on temperature swing.

The fixed type screwclamps are not a good idea for this, spring loaded screw type (like seen on heavy duty trucks) are better. Here is a low cost example for passenger car

The inner liner of the clamp is a spring steel band.

btw - all the above type clamps were sold in Karachi, opposite Sindh Madressa machine market.

extra pressure is being build in the system

pressure is maintained by the cap, it cannot build extra pressure - if somehow extra pressure is being added (like bad headgasket) - the radiator cap starts to vent the pressure pretty quickly into expansion tank.

The rating on the cap is this "pressure" that is regulated - meaning, your cap says 1.1 bar - it means its 16 psi, and if its a mini cap with spring loaded vacuum valve, the pipes will be hard in normal condition.

If your car uses a denso micro cap with free floating vacuum valve, the system only holds pressure when its very hot (like old american cars)

Well Sir in that case there is a leak in your radiator, or the radiator cap is faulty.

As per normal mechanism Radiator usually always suck water from reservior bottle and if its not happening than the suction mechanism is malfunctioning due to a leak.

good place to look for the leak would be the lower tank (which was fitted to new radiator).

the reservoir is a holding tank only, it recieves expanded hot coolant from the cap as it "relieves" pressure.

The expanded stuff is sucked back when the coolant "shrinks" from cooling off. Our job is to make sure that no hole exists in the pipe as its critical - air is lighter than liquid and air can replace liquid easily (same concept of trying drinking pepsi with punctured straw)
