If your gearbox mounting bolts came loose, its very dangerous. This is the reason the torque converter hub is greased when installing and the torque converter to flex plate bolts are threadlocked in place. It may also be a cracked flex plate as you had it hammered straight.
Its never hammered as its tempered, its supposed to flex when the converter charges up with oil pressure.
