This is the clutch fan from both sides.It’s very tightly mounted with clutch with 8 screw bolts.
To make an access to radiator you need to remove the battery brackets too to make extra room for you to work.
Here what it looks like after removing the battery brackets from both sides.Now you just have two side bolts holding the radiator and yes you don’t need to disconnect the lower hose. It’s accessible from beneath.
Give a little wiggle to radiator and pull it up straight.And here is the bad boy.
Once it’s out you need to remove the timing belt cover to access the water body.
Before you remove the timing belt, it’s super super important to align the pullys at the given mark. Otherwise the timing will be out.
Now need to remove the timing belt tensioner.And you need special 8mm alky for that. Luckily I had it.
Now after removing timing belts and pulleys. Now you have straight and easy access for the rest 3 nut/ bolts of water body.
