+1 w.o comp test...dont even believe them even if they stand on burning oil and say it out its best and japani and all
later check for water places...open tappet cover to inspect the condition and get idea how its used on oil....
dont open head unless you are absolutely sure its needed to be open.....later you need to tighten and torque those bolts to specs....but if u feel its ustaafied and rebuild...dont take chances....usually they are not built but in condition as it is from scrapped cars in japan....
don't fall for outer condition champi palish engine ever...
