hmm, 3 days.. production would be backlogged for years that way and the amount of fuel they would burn would be collosal . lol.

That is why I say that education is necessary, its not just a paper to get you a job or rishta, its actually useful in common everyday life.

the 1HZ twists out 210 lb/ft at abt 2200 rpm, the 1HD-T twists out about 260lb/ft at 1400 rpm, the 1HD-FT twists out about 280 lb/ft at 2500 rpm (due to it having 4 valves/cyl)

you have this engine in your truck.

the major difference in the transmissions is the torque converter stall speed as the sweet spot for the engine power is quite a bit offset.

The outside condition of an engine is no scale of measurement. Use some tooling like a diesel compression tester to see how much oomph the engine has..

+1 w.o comp test...dont even believe them even if they stand on burning oil and say it out its best and japani and all

later check for water places...open tappet cover to inspect the condition and get idea how its used on oil....

dont open head unless you are absolutely sure its needed to be open.....later you need to tighten and torque those bolts to specs....but if u feel its ustaafied and rebuild...dont take chances....usually they are not built but in condition as it is from scrapped cars in japan....

don't fall for outer condition champi palish engine ever...

I Would Not Believe Anyone even my eyes with just visual inspection unless a compression test is done. as stated above visual inspection is nothing unless CR Test is done....the above engines u see looks ok too visually....forget that whitish stuff...thats common in all unless its champi palished....
i would simply suggest to get engine from where you have easy access.....ask for CR test or arrange it...then ask for replacement gaurantee if any sound or smoke is there....

i learned this hard way so i will never suggest to buy engine w.o CR test ...don't fall for lil price diff....

It need Diesel engine compression tester . and i don't have it nor i know anyone here working on diesel engines using it

i am not any commercial person who own a workshop or have any sort of setup if in case you have a thought i do such stuff

i just provide whatever i know to people so it can help and serve them. i am still a learner .

pindi will be a good hunt for diesel engines or you can try shoba (pesh) ..lot of motors
