I suggest you tell babajee not to be too confident on rust on their outsides, specially in Pakistan where people dont use coolant in engines. These things rust from inside out.
Even in countries like USA where coolant is always used, any and all welch plugs are replaced regardless of condition as its a great headache to replace afterwards. They need to be hammered in which means you need some space to swing that hammer.
specially frustrating if the rear one goes bad, that means you need to lift out the engine or drop the transmission.
They are very cheap too, used to be about Rs 20/piece when I lived in Pakistan.
