Chaged engine oil (Caltex fully synthetic 5w-40), Transmission oil and lubricated clutch cylinder.
Car feels very much smooth now.

I got it from a reputable Caltex petrol pump in Islamabad. (Caltex F-10 Markaz). Check any good caltex petrol pump in karachi. I'm sure you will find 5w-40 there.

bro how much the transmission oil cost you ? and how many litres was required ?

Some problems/issues i found in my 8th gen.

1. The engine mount below upper torque rod mount leaked. (replaced free from honda pit stop)
2. The power steering pipe leaked. (replaced free from honda pit stop).
3. The Catalytic Converter clogged up near 100k kms. (due to bad quality fuel)
4. The Second gear sometimes gives a tough time in shifting. (Transmission oil is yet to be changed. Might solve this issue)
5. The Driver side window started acting funny. (7CF Interior spray sprayed into channels and its all good)
6. A squeking/chirping sound started coming from the dashboard. ( oiled the dry clips of black cover below steering side. Now its silent)

Other than these little issues, the car gave no major problem and it drives and performs excellent.

bro how much the transmission oil cost you ? and how many litres was required ?

Bro it nearly requires between 1.5-2 litres. and costs 2200 something for 2 bottles for genuine honda MTF oil.

Bro how did you get the engine mount replaced for free from pit shop? I talked to 3s here in Islamabad and they didn't entertain my car for free mount change.
and how did you lubricate the clips? My car is producing same chirping sound from driver side. please post pics if you have any for better understanding

Its a 2008 model. Bought it in January this year from a first owner when the odo was at 85k kms. Now its at 111k kms. Its driven alot The Engine Mount and power steering pipe was replaced by the first owner. I got the catcon cleaned when i felt the performance was not at par.

replacing Gear oil solved the issue of engaging 2nd gear in my car. Now it's butter smooth.

I went to Honda Pit stop sahiwal for tuning aand general checkup. I personally know the guy incharge and he's my dad's friend. He told me that he can change the mount and pipe free as it was company's fault as these items were not of appropriate quality. I said if they need replacing then go ahead and replace them. He checked them and he told me that he thinks that they are already replaced as these two items could not survive till 85k kms. He checked database and confirmed that they were already replaced, infact they were replaced in this pit stop. I phoned the previous owner and he also confirmed that he got them from the the same pit stop.

Ok, this window and power steering issues popped up in early versions of 8th gen. I am not when they got resolved but people say the issues were no longer there in later models. Maybe someone else can comment better.

Yes the mount and pipe issue was there in 2006-2008 and early 2009 models. Then Honda atlas changed their vendor of these two parts and these issues were no longer seen in later models. But as far as i know, the Power window issue and Chirping/squeeking sound from dashboard was still there in later models. The later model's Interior quality was also lower as compared to earlier models. I think these two are not that of a big issues as they can easily be fixed.
